Maxhutte in Wallgau

After a nice hike, we were rewarded with a great view over a delicious coffee.

A worthwhile goal even when it rains. From Wallgau golf course circuit to the hut in about two hours. Always through the forest. Really great. When the view is clear, it's all the more beautiful.

It was very nice again

We walked over the Magdalena-Neuner-Panoramaweg to the Maxhütte. The two of us shared the goulash soup and the scrambled eggs. Both were delicious ?. The eggs were fried well with butter. So really hearty. Here you have a wonderful view of the mountains and from our place you could even see the Stubai Mountains ...

I gave my opinion yesterday, but it is now gone, I wanted to stop in the Maxhütte on a wonderfully sunny day, it was not particularly crowded and I wanted to enjoy the really beautiful view. In corona times you get a table here. There were still three or four tables with a view available, but as a single I should sit behind the house in the playground, because someday somebody could still come.

I wanted to have lunch alone in the Maxhütte last week, it was wonderful weather and I wanted to sit at one of the three free tables with a view over Wallgau and enjoy the view while eating. I had to wait at the entrance because of Corona and the waitress assigned me a place behind the house with a view of the playground. I was not allowed to sit at one of the tables with a view, although there was plenty of space. Reason: There could still be many, at least I went, what a shame!

Nice every year. The climb is worth it. Beautiful view. Great little hut. Very tasty and service as well as the boss always friendly. When the weather is nice you can sit outside. Open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Gladly again .

Grandiose view. Warm welcome Hans. Delicious food and great schnapps. Absolutely recommendable, you should definitely drop by.

Incredibly beautiful view After a short walk through a shady mountain forest, the hiker reaches the Max hut. From the terrace you have a magnificent panorama of Soierngruppe about Karwendel to the Wetterstein mountains to the Zugspitze. In the green Isar valley lie Wallgau and Krün. Prices quite moderate, friendly and attentive service. Menu slightly touristy. Fortunately no car access allowed, so authentic and nice crowd.

Beautifully situated hut with a fantastic view over the valley. Here, with a good atmosphere and friendly service, there are delicious hut feasts, hearty! That fits. Prices are reasonable! - Cake lovers also get their money's worth ...
